Oversaw Strategy, Product, Casino and Sports Betting in several different roles for a mobile technology leader in the sports and gaming space.

Led all Retail operations for one of the fastest growing sports betting companies in the US. Launched Iowa’s first sportsbook, recognized by press and industry insiders as the state’s best; partnered with Catfish Bend Casino to design and build 6,000 SF sportsbook; hired, trained and managed Retail Sportsbook team; deployed mobile application, working closely with product, marketing and compliance leads. Oversaw design of PointsBet Sportsbook at Hawthorne Race Course in Chicago, scheduled to launch in 2020.

Helped launch two mobile and retail sportsbooks in West Virginia in 2018 in partnership with Delaware North. Actively involved in all facets of product rollout including Mobile App Design and Development; Product Specifications; Project Management; Retail Buildout & Launch; Compliance; Trading and Training.

Ran program management for a connected car start-up founded by ex Microsoft and DreamWorks execs. Oversaw mobile app pilots for a Top 10 insurance company (USAA) and Auto OEM (Honda).

Worked across various projects within the Microsoft Developer Experience (DX) organization in the brainstorming, creation, development and launch of showcase experiences. Led cross-functional projects from conceptual designs through to stories showcasing the latest Microsoft technology including HoloLens, Windows 10 and Kinect. Interfaced with senior business and technical leaders from dozens of Fortune 500 companies.

Led development teams across North America and Europe through the complete product development cycle for Windows Phone mobile applications - ideation, project scope, design, build, QA and deployment - in close collaboration with Microsoft and partners such as DreamWorks, Adidas, Red Bull and the PGA TOUR. Partnered with DreamWorks on the design, development and delivery of a number of connected car experiences including the award-winning Dragons Adventure game. Met and presented to key partners in the Auto space including OEMs and wireless carriers.

Managed all aspects of the creation of a US office for an emerging London-based software company. Developed and managed executive level relationships, negotiated deals with clients and partners and provided account management services to a wide array of clients. Helped launch mobile sports betting in NV, managing key relationships with Las Vegas Casinos and Sportsbooks.

Partner PM responsible for integrating global content providers into Media Center including Sky, Canal+, Fox Sports and CBS Sports. Conceived and pitched ideas, prototyped concepts, then drove results across multi-disciplinary groups. Previously manager of PM team responsible for Media Center’s award-winning TV user experience (PVR, Guide, Search). Recognized for strong management of four direct reports, cross-team relationships and strategic partners.

Group lead of five program managers/producers chartered with defining, developing and shipping services for UltimateTV, a DIRECTV set top box. Represented UltimateTV in presentations to key company leaders, including Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer. Conceived and shipped a revolutionary new Sports service.

PM for three WebTV content centers: Sports, Money and Autos. Wrote functional specs; designed and delivered all features; forged alliances with key Redmond teams.

Launched San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County local Web sites. Responsible for project management and content production of sports and travel categories. Created No. 1 travel site across 70 cities.

Oversaw sports category for MSN. Developed category business plan; owned relationships with more than a dozen content providers; helped launch sports venture with NBC Sports; managed six producers.
