I was tasked with handling the room service orders for the Moscone Center West in San Francisco. This consisted of preparing daily work assignments for teams of Servers and Bussers. Ensuring that services were presented professionally and on-time was my responsibility. During my tenure I implemented many changes to how the daily operation should be run. These consisted of creating forms and checklists to ensure proper execution, better communications with the Kitchen and creating a more team work approach.

Oversaw the workflow of unionized workers at SFO. Held morning briefings and was responsible for getting my scheduled flights on time. Dispatched teams of ramp agents to certain flights when needed in order to maintain a 99.9% on-time departure rate. Prepared workers comp reports when needed as well as accident reports.

As the Administrative Manager my responsibilities included preparing the annual budget, overseeing the preparation of weekly payroll for 500+ employees, approving all procurement and invoicing. I was a charter member of the TSA pilot program at SFO. Covenant Aviation Security was a test to see if a private company could preform the tasks that the TSA were doing in other airports. I was hired as a Supervisor overseeing the busiest checkpoint at SFO. As new functions were added to Covenant I was promoted to head them up. I was in charge of the implementation of the baggage security system which sent all passengers checked in bags through x-ray machines. After the roll out of the baggage system I was promoted to Secuity Screening Manager of the International Terminal. My responsibility was to ensure that both checkpoints at the terminal ran efficiently while maintaining the shortest throughput times for the passengers.
