I was responsible for creating new construction estimates for $20m to $175m commercial and multi-family projects. These estimates ranged from conceptual blocking studies to final job buyouts. I did complete takeoffs for all trades, from mass excavation, structural concrete and steel through interior finishes in Bluebeam and Onscreen Take Off. I was also responsible for communicating and negotiating with subcontractors to obtain budgets and final buyout numbers for projects.

I served in a variety of positions in the 13 years I was working for McBride Construction. The positions included project management, sales, scope development, estimating, subcontractor negotiations, materials selection and construction consulting. The diversity of projects included commercial tenant improvements, home restoration/renovations, multi family/condo rebuilds, construction defect repairs, office and factory restorations and luxury estate restoration. All projects required initial client meetings, scope development and estimating of project while working towards closing the deal to rebuild the project for the client.

As a commercial photographer, I’ve worked with advertising agencies and corporate clients to create online and offline content, videos, photo stock books, product photography, automobile photography, lifestyle photography, executive portraits, and more. -Comfortable shooting any subject in just about any environment -Experience planning, producing, and managing budgets and productions from $10K to $250K -Adept with a range of physical equipment and software platform
