I am a software quality and process improvement professional with over 18 years in the technology field. I worked as a QA engineer as well as managed small agile test teams and directed larger efforts with cross-continental teams of 30 or more. In addition, I have worked 8 years in quality and process improvement. I am experienced with enterprise management systems and in every aspect of them from embedded products, networking, application servers, databases and desktop applications. I also have worked with web platforms and mobile applications. In addition, I have worked 8 years in quality and process improvement. I possess a complete understanding of the software development life-cycle process from requirements(stories) to final release.
