Oversaw completion and workover functions for a variety of fracturing projects worth up to $20M in the North Western Alberta foothills region, which involved mobilizing all support equipment, preparing wells, fitting wells , completing fracking and conducting clean up. Provided direction, training and on-going leadership to crews of up to 90 members and supervised all aspects of field applied services to ensure issue-free operations and a high standard of quality.• Accountable for ensuring no errors or abnormalities in the program and that all crew members followed the program correctly • Consulted with Encana when making adjustments to the program to ensure it followed engineering guidelines and standards • Led daily safety meetings to communicate job scope, potential hazards, equipment failures and other issues that arose • Provided quality control and assurance to ensure production was meeting all necessary standards • Conducted well troubleshooting by coordinating with engineers to quickly diagnose complex issues, determine effective solutions and implement procedures to resolve issues • Documented and reported all pertinent crew, equipment and job related information including project updates and next stages Selected Achievements: • Monitored project budgets closely and ensured contractors were honest in their ticket reporting; paying close attention to project budgets allowed for cost-saving opportunities including saving Encana $130K in fuel costs on one project.• All projects under my supervision were completed under budget
