Lead people initiatives for a 200-employee company, provide strategic planning, and counsel President and senior management team on Human Resource issues.● Led the people integration of Hallmark Business Connections from predecessor companies including restructuring the organization, retaining key talent, adding 13 new roles, and moving non-performers off the team. Aligned compensation plans and objectives within Hallmark Business Connections.● Co-led the integration of a new HRIS system, aligning 3 Hallmark Business Connection locations and reducing costs by over $50k.
