Drove communications efforts focused on transforming and repositioning Pfizer’s R&D enterprise; also responsible for communications supporting key research units and partner lines

Led 25-person practice that developed and implemented product and corporate communications strategies for clinical and commercial stage pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Led public relations group during dynamic period in which Millennium evolved into a commercially-focused company. Managed critical communications activities supporting company’s first product launch, and led communications for cardiovascular franchise, with a focus on media, analysts, employees and advocates.
