Todd Seniff is the President of MVP Robotics, an engineering and manufacturing company in Bradford, VT. At MVP, the mission is to improve Human Performance with superior robotic solutions in grueling environments. That means we design and build multi-mission robots that are, in the current form factor, able to mimic human agility and movement in order to develop decision-making skills under pressure in military, law enforcement and civilian applications that includes sports, wearable technology and manpower-saving labor. He has deep executive level experience leading large, complex organizations that specialize in synchronizing globally dispersed teams, crisis management and deliberate decision-making, campaign planning, team building and mission execution. In his role with Seniff Group, Todd advises organizations and individuals on leadership strategies, building resilient organizations, strategic communications and planning, understanding human factors and their role in the work force, government liaison and other disciplines.
