Here’s what I’ve been doing lately: Dynamics CRM projects: 26 so far—15 premise, 11 cloud, 3 premise to cloud migrations (averaging four projects per year). API data connections: 6 two-way API connections including three APIs migrated from premise to cloud (with one API connected to two different Marketo instances), all using KingswaySoft. Azure DevOps: 11 Azure DevOps Pipelines solution deployments with solution source code secured using Azure Repos. Dynamics customization: Customizing standard, out of the box entities and creating new custom entities to adapt the system’s behavior to the business need. Power Automate flows: Lead management behavior, API input/output, and Power BI dataset refreshes. Distributed to new CRM instances via Azure Pipelines. Key metric development: Deep analysis and data shaping that delivered a quantitative, visualization of the effects of lead flow changes on MQL production--telling the root cause story behind MQL production variances. Power BI: Developed reports that tell a consistent, specific pieces of the data story. Eliminated duplicate error prone ad-hoc pivot tables from stakeholder briefings. Reports distribute via web, email and secured customer portal. Dynamics/Power Portal: Bult external stakeholder access to Power BI program reports via a secured Dynamics Portal.
