Quality assurance with 2 groups, web hosting sales and advertising sales. Facilitated development sessions, trainings, and one-on-ones to ensure high quality sales performance. During this time I spent 9 months in the Philippines assisting a foreign sales team. With this group I also facilitated development sessions, trainings, and one-on-ones to help improve sales performance.In July of 2009 I trained 13 new sales reps in Omaha, Nebraska in a newly opened office. In September of 2009 I relocated to Omaha to work full time with the new sales reps. Towards the middle of 2010 I transitioned to work with an Inbound advertising sales team again facilitating and developing trainings.

Sold Yahoo!s web hosting and e-commerce services to prospective small business customers through consultative selling. Through this position I learned the ins and outs of running both a standard website and an e-commerce website for small business. Also sold online advertising. Through a constant search for information I was able to use my new knowledge to focus on client needs and assist them above what was necessary. I was able to take that customer focus and become a quarterly achiever five times. Helped lead the team through pilot projects and mentoring new sales reps.

Started as a sales associate in the computer technology department. I helped to train new employees and was a part of the first in store computer repair and installation department. During this time I had the duty to sell, maintain the department, deliver excellent customer service, and tend to computer repair, upgrades and, installations.
