• Oversee the development and maintenance of the bank's dashboards including both reporting and data visualizations. This consists of collaborating across business units to determine end-user needs, gathering data requirements and identifying appropriate data sources, and validating data outputs.• Manage the bank’s profitability system including reporting and analysis activities to enhance the profitability of organizational units, product lines, and customer relationships.• Financial modeling and preparation of the bank’s asset/liability management, liquidity management, and interest rate risk management reports.

• Managed and developed a department of five analysts. The department was tasked with providing risk analysis for the bank’s large commercial loan relationships, detailed preparation of financial spreadsheets to provide consistent reporting, monitoring of loan covenant compliance, and the review of large commercial term loans for assessment of credit quality.• Assisted the Senior Credit Officer and Credit Officer in all aspects of managing the credit quality of the bank’s commercial loan portfolio including but not limited to loan impairment evaluation for the bank’s Allowance for Loan Losses and Leases analysis, monitoring of adversely graded credits, a compilation of data to support revisions to loan policy.
