I care. I care about the people, the company, the clients and accounts. Everything at a business. We serve the clients with our products. More importantly we serve with our attitude. That makes a huge difference. If they do not know and understand that we care, they will get it from the cheapest supplier. We don't just have a product to sell them. We have our people and service to show them WE care about them. That is what I bring to any business. I care about those we serve and for the business I serve. That is how I always view each day. I am passionate about my work. I take that attitude everywhere I go.I have built many trusting relationships throughout my career. In management, I have been in charge of everything in the hiring process. Conducting interviews and training new associates. I use Microsoft office and am able to teach myself many computer skills and learn operating systems and train others in operating systems. There is very little I have not been involved with and I can take charge and initiative on projects. My work experience on the screen only shows my work experience. I am a utility player in an operation. I am able to perform at a multitude of areas in an operation. From team building, written and spoken communication, leading meetings and providing analytical feedback and analysis, I have handled all types of positions in operations and logistics. My knowledge is vast. At the same time, I know there are many things to learn.
