In our first two seasons, the team won more games than any previous team in the history of the program and scored more goals while allowing fewer than any previous team in the history of the program. In the third season we moved to the NAIA and started to rebuild the program under much more competitive demands. In our fourth season we set or tied school records for wins, total goals scored, goals per game, and assists.

• Oversaw the launch of a new athletics website and maintained it by adding stories and images.• Streamlined and raised standards for game day setup by event staff.• Oversaw student workers employed as event staff• Served as Sports Information Director, writing press releases and updating social media associated with athletics.• Director of Summer Athletic Camps

• Taught Logic, Ethics, Western Civilization, Living Religions of the World, Several Computer Literacy courses and one PE course.• Contributed in the shared governance of the college through the Academic Committee, Faculty Committee and Judicial Review Board.• Served as academic advisor for 20-25 students; helping with class selection, academic performance, and personal issues.• Tenured in 2007 for exemplary teaching, service and scholarship.• Teach in the Accelerated Bridge to Education (ABE) program to nontraditional students in an accelerated format.
