Todd launched and led the Middle Markets Group at National Funding, offering asset based loans, bridge financing, working capital loans, equipment financing and subordinated debt to lower-middle market companies throughout the U.S. Todd also led the Strategic Partnership group at National Funding, working directly with banks, loan officers, senior lenders, commercial brokers, accountants and trusted advisers. He collaborated with lenders to provide the customer with the needed stretch financing, over-advance, additional working capital or equipment financing, when they are unable to provide the additional funding amounts. Responsibilities include: originating, structuring, and closing loans, as well as business/corporate development of the division.

Executive and Shareholder of an $80 million annual revenue, 325+ person, Professional Services firm providing Architectural, Engineering and Construction Management to the Education, Healthcare, and Civic Markets. Overall responsibility for the accounting/finance, HR and IT departments.Corporate/Business Development: Instrumental in Strategic Planning efforts, including growth objectives, ownership transition, mergers/acquisitions, and organizational strategy. Identified new business opportunities and markets. Developed and fostered new and existing client relationships.Client Engagement: Worked with Healthcare clients, including health systems, speciality and community hospitals in developing new service lines, capital expansion projects, and financial feasibility studies for new programs/departments/service lines. Departments/Service Lines included: Labor and Delivery, Surgery, Emergency Department, and Oncology. Client list included: Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women and Children, Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, Prentice Women's Hospital, Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth Cancer Center and the Douglas and Nancy Barnhart Cancer Center at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center.

Overall P&L responsibility across three offices with 150 employees. Developed and fostered new and existing client relationships. Led and managed project teams from RFP response through project completion.
