I love aesthetic medicine. I love aesthetic medicine for a specific reason. Yes, patients receiving elective aesthetic procedures consistently report “looking better,” and that alone for some might be worthy of “loving aesthetics.” Aesthetic medicine, in a clinical setting, is more similar to therapeutic than different. Aging is a chronic condition we all experience, yet symptoms present uniquely on individuals. Therefore, therapies and protocols, ideally, should be customizable based on patient type and symptoms. Recently, there has been a significant up-tick in patients reporting they are “feeling better.” More reason to be passionate about the industry. Yet only 6% of the population gets injectable aesthetic treatments. I thrive at the opportunity to be a part of a team charged with growing numbers and winning.I started my career in sales, spent time in sales training, and eventually moved into product marketing. This background helps me to understand consumer behavior along with how doctors use our products.I’m good at bringing together cross functional teams and aligning them on roadmap, launch, and execution strategy.Outside of work I love spending time with my wife and raising our two boys, and yes some days are easier than others.
