If you were to ask one of my mentors how he would describe me he would say, "Todd is a 12-year-old trapped in a man's body!" In my roles as a father, director, and teacher having a youthful mentality has been one of my biggest strengths. For the past thirty years, I have used my passion for agriculture and young people to better my community and workspace. Currently, I am the Director of Leadership and Development for both Georgia FFA-FCCLA Centers. In this role I maintain a hands-on approach to developing projects, raising funds, and casting vision. I believe the secret to success is not being the best, but surrounding yourself with the best. I have properly retained employees at the Centers, and have made our work environment a family. The best way to accomplish vision is through people, and I credit much of my success to the support from my employees.Besides working in agriculture education, my biggest success is continuing a legacy of agriculture advocacy through my family. Both of my daughters have found their homes in the FFA through their school-based agriculture programs and events that they participated in. To me, it is a family affair.
