Oversaw business operations across 1/3 of the United States, P&L over $350m, growth and client relations for online public schools, directing day-to-day operations for an organization of more than 2,500 employees and consultants. Lead program and regional leadership to develop strategies for increasing revenue, expanding performance and improving outcomes through the implementation of process and program improvements.  Develop, negotiate, and operationalize new partnerships and business models that support the execution of state specific strategy in highly complex markets.
