With over 20 years of experience in education and technology, I am the Executive Director of EdforTech Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to addressing learning loss and ensuring equitable access to STEM and EdTech, as well as the Chief Strategy Officer of EdforTech Corp. Both organizations share a mission to revolutionize education and STEM learning. I hold an Ed.D. in Education from UCLA and have earned multiple certifications in leadership, ethics, and instructional design.I guide the development and implementation of standards-aligned programs that offer personalized learning experiences, making education more effective and rewarding for students from diverse backgrounds. EdforTech also provides teacher professional Learning to effectively integrate EdTech—such as content creation tools and AI—and STEM pedagogy into classrooms, ensuring educators are equipped to deliver high-quality, engaging instruction.In my role, I also lead the strategic planning and growth of our K-8 program, Virtual Schools (6-12), STEM summer camps, CTE pathway program, and support services. Leveraging my expertise in data analysis, project management, and staff development, I ensure high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.My passion lies in creating equitable opportunities in education and STEM, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and helping educators equip students with the tools they need to master math and overcome challenges through superior technology.
