Todd Van Horn has been the Educational Director at Real Estate Educators (REE) in Pittsburgh, since 2018. The school provides a range of educational services to the Western Pennsylvania region, encompassing Prelicense classes (500 grads per year), Continuing Education, and Broker classes to over 4000 area agents. In 2020, Todd became a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) as the school had all their Prelicense classes ARELLO certified.Todd spent 26 years in the Pittsburgh Public Schools in a variety of roles as a middle school math teacher, Principal and in 2014 obtain School Superintendent Licenses in both PA & OH.In 2017, Mr. Van Horn became Vice President of Career Development at BHHS The Preferred Realty, the individual oversees the Education Department, which encompasses a wide array of responsibilities including the supervision of training for both new and experienced agents, coordination of CRAM/exam preparation for prospective agents, facilitation of the Mentoring Program, and management of the Forever Agent Productivity Coaching initiatives. In addition, he oversees the Dream, Innovate & Grow College Scholarship Program, and the DEI Advisory Council.
