Based in Lee & Associates' Phoenix, Arizona office, Mr. Braun is primarily responsible for the firm's apartment sales operations and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He has consistently been a top national performer for Lee and Associates and has been recognized as the leading multifamily broker nationally in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021 as well as being the top overall producer in 2021. Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2011, he was the Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield's Apartment Group overseeing the firm's multifamily brokerage activity in Arizona, New Mexico and Southern Nevada and was a consistent national top producer. Additionally, Todd was a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis in Phoenix, Arizona and was a member of the company’s senior oversight committee, as well as being a top national performer for CBRE. Todd has been in the commercial real estate business in Metropolitan Phoenix since he joined CB Richard Ellis in 1985 and is a licensed real estate salesperson. Mr. Braun concentrates specifically on the marketing of multifamily properties and land.
