Tarrytown Expocare is a long-term care pharmacy that provides prescriptions to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities ("IDD") in group home residential settings. Expocare was purchased by healthcare focused PE firm Sheridan Capital Partners in December 2019. The Company is based in Austin, Texas. It has grown through organic sales and a series of acquisitions to serve 16,000+ IDD individuals in 17+ states out of six pharmacy locations across the country.

Rise Health is a lab outreach services firm that provides critical access hospitals important new revenue streams by leveraging the excess testing capacity in their internal labs. Rise provides compliance, recruiting, sales, logistics and a proprietary software reporting tool to connect the hospitals with clinics and patients for routine blood testing. The Company is based in San Antonio with corporate offices in Dallas.

Opportune IT was originally Superior Global Solutions, a clinical documentation company providing both transcription and coding services to hospitals. Superior divested the transcription portion of the business in 2014, re-branding the remaining business as Opportune IT to focus on building a tech-enabled services business in the coding/auditing space. Opportune IT sold to Streamline Health in late 2016.
