At the National Association of REALTORS® I built the teams and products to lead over a million members through the industry’s rapidly changing technology landscape. Beginning when I joined NAR in 2009, I created the organization's social media communications strategy, and lead the organization's effort to evangelize social media to the industry. In 2013, I created NAR's first data analytics group, where my team assembled and analyzed member interaction data to empower the organization to make better, data-backed decisions concerning its business needs. Most recently, I helped to grow the Second Century Ventures/REACH team from five staff in one market, to over twenty in five markets. I specialized in creating strategic introductions and mentoring opportunities for startups in the accelerator program.I was a Board Member of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) from 2018 to 2022. I served as the staff executive to NAR’s Emerging Business Issues & Technology Forum, as well as the Data Strategies Committee. I participated on NAR Presidential Advisory Groups concerning paperless transactions and MLS consolidation. I was a key liaison to Google on behalf of NAR since 2012. I am widely regarded as a real estate industry pioneer in leveraging the social web, with more than thirty years of industry experience in technology, finance, and business development.
