As an owner's representative, I am hired by the project owner to represent them in any capacity that they need. This could be anything from a few hours for some valuable insight or throughout the entire project process, including site selection, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction. I will serve as your liaison between the designer and the builder. After all, it is your project and money, my job is to ensure that your best interests are paramount.Over 30 years of knowledge and experience in real estate, design, construction, building operations and ownership that is focused as an owner’s representative. My diverse background of big and small design firms and many different project types/sizes has given me a comprehensive understanding of the building process that I can pair with the ability to see both the big picture and the critical aspects of a project.
