Hi. I'm Todd and I'm the data guy for executive recruiters. I’ve been doing the deep dive data side of recruiting since 2007 in the areas of finance, accounting, people, operations, marketing and analytics. I’m the ‘data guy’ behind the call lists for our client searches.I use an array of technology to source a pool of candidates, but my main tools are LinkedIn, Twitter, CrunchBase, TechCrunch, Quantcast, Quora, Angel List, Hunter, Rapportive and any nugget of information I can find on the internet via Google Search (e.g. conference lists, SEC filings, patents, etc). I’m technically trained as a recruiting sourcer and consider myself an expert in Boolean based search. I focus on relevance and associations – not just buzz words when doing my sourcing. My hero is the Boolean Black Belt (really, Google it).My side job is to stay informed of the recent online information and data tools available to the recruiting world – and I ensure Spring Search leverages those latest and greatest sourcing tools.My style is analytical, technical, relevant and creative.
