Built Digital service capability & formulate Digital Managed Services methodologies with pilot digital twin projects.- Incubate local product management, solution innovation and development capability to enable quick local market entry and support sales growth. Hire, mentor, and empower the award-winning highly motivated and effective PS and CS team;- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Ops, Marketing teams for new and upsell opportunities. liaise and influence effectively in a complex global org setting with geographically distributed team.- Continuously improve digital services and customer success operations, and provide industrial customers with cloud and on-premises digital services, high quality Industrial IoT solutions with advanced data analytic.- Provide digital transformation consultancy, ensure service outcomes and customer retainment/growth with China mainland and HK customers.
