I have collected and analyzed the requirements for the membership database and determined that an Access Database was the best way to track and maintain the membership data. I created the forms, queries, tables, and reports to add, delete, update, and maintain membership data. I also installed, maintained and configured all hardware and software for the Farrington Alumni and Community Foundation's Membership computer and wireless network.. In addition, I have been providing technical support and maintenance for the Foundation’s membership computer. I am doing the Content Management for the FACF’s website. I edit & proofread site content. I am updating the membership lists every month, and the Important FACF News every four months. I also check the website for any problems.

My main responsibility is to assist all users in the day to day operations including troubleshooting operational problems, determine possible options and coordinating with all impacted users and other IS staff on resolutions. Provide level-one contact and problem resolution for all users with desktop and mobile device software, application, and hardware problems. Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases. Create, update, and maintain technical procedure documents to be used as training devices. Provide training to co-workers as needed.
