Also I'm courageous enough to help lead the journey — however transformative — to reach that possibility.For more than 25 years I've led Unboundary, versioning the firm to better reflect our belief that achieving what matters involves the discipline to see, the courage to act, and the imagination to create.The Unboundary team and I have gotten to work with founders and leaders of some of the world's most influential companies and non-profits in pursuit of more meaningful, purposeful success. Fred Smith, the founder of FedEx, says we've repeatedly helped them get "unstuck." After years of being a TEDster, in 2009 I organized TEDxAtlanta with the goal of creating a intersection for people seldom in the same room in this town. In 2019, I began developing the first model of human adaptiveness, to help teams and organizations get better at keeping pace with possibility. With two co-founders, that has become AdaptQ.
