Administers the JIRA Cloud instance of the company, including JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, StatusPage, Product Discovery and Confluence; take care of implementing and designing new advanced workflows; taking care of automations using JIRA Automation; add-ons management; integrations with third-party apps - Bamboo, Zendesk, Slack, Matermost.; user management;Administering the SWIFT related systems, such as Alliance Cloud, SWIFT Integration layer and Alliance Warehouse.

Works as freelance Project Manager on the software development and maintainance for a web-based platform for a financial institution; communicate with the team and the client; administrative tasks, including preparing billing summaries and administrating JIRA; preparing quality improvement plans after identifying issues in the workflow and the process; facilitating the daily team events abd the events with the client-side; facilitating backlog refinement together with the client-side stakeholders;

As a part of the Organizational Development Department design and implement internal processes and workflows; work with the Product and Project Managers to better understand and implement those processes; Implement Agile approaches into the software development; Perform trainings and presentaations; Prepare regular and specific reports; Manage the introduction of JIRA Server for the company and then administer, develop and improve the 500 users instance; implement the tool into multimple areas of the company and design the flow for the software development, change management, user rights management etc.
