As an Agile Transformation Coach, I drive organizational design and development to foster a culture shift. After gaining experience in various Agile projects and interim assignments, I decided to embrace a new chapter in my professional career. Apart from conventional Scrum and Kanban initiatives, aimed at enhancing efficiency, speed, and optimizing value flow at both team and scaled levels, I am equally captivated by other challenges. My primary emphasis is to facilitate the organization's transition from a traditional hierarchical structure to a flexible matrix framework that supports our Agile methodologies. Moreover, my team and I are actively facilitating knowledge transfer from legacy teams to diverse, geographically dispersed teams, thereby addressing multicultural obstacles along the way.
