Meet and greet guests of the hotel and organise their transportation.

Meet and greet guests, organise the correct luggage delivery, control the forecourt's traffic, arrange taxis and chauffer cars for our guests. Promote the hotel's facilities and sell them to guest and public. Use own initiative to make guests' stay pleasant and unforgettable by constantly engaging in conversations with them and watching for cues of their needs and desires. Pay strict attention to details in order to distinguish our top class hotel from others and create strong and long lasting relationships with returning customers.

Duties included - Supervise the work of front office staff, prepare weekly rotas, produce reports of the current status of the department, stay in touch with other departments to ensure correct procedures are in place, assist in guest check in and departure, perform other duties as necessary or as instructed. Prepare daily activity packages for our guests, organise ticket and transportation bookings, promote and sell hotel's products to guests and public. Ensure all guests' enquiries are answered promptly and their needs are met to the very last detail. Lead and inspire the team by example. Commitment to strict code of conduct and standards while meeting, and exceeding customer expectations in a very busy environment.

Duties included - Greet and meet guests at their check in and departure, maintain high quality of service throughout the whole process of work, follow strict standard procedures, handle cash and prepare reports on daily basis, cooperate with other departments and team mates, perform other duties as instructed or necessary. Improve the hotels revenue by upgrading lower rate rooms to higher rate ones. I improved my understanding of British culture as well as my communication and customer service skills while working under pressure. This job gave me a great improvement in my paperwork and communications with colleagues in a big business establishment with over 300 employees.

Duties included - Manage and oversee the operations in the company operating mainly in the trailer transport between Bulgaria, Italy, Germany and UK. Instruct drivers, prepare transportation routes, perform regular checks on expenses, audit drivers, follow payments, prepare and suggest strategies for reducing expenses and maximizing profits, be informed of the national and European legislation regulating the business sector. Sell loads and truck space to clients. Organise the whole logistics process of some specific loads such as liquor and coffee. Promote the company's activities on national transport businesses meetings and posting materials on local and national media and directories. Negotiating with customers and meeting strict budget figures. Making operational and strategic decisions, and promoting the business perspectives within the rest of the team.
