Todor Trenkov is a seasoned business advisor, manager and board director with financial and operations expertise. Todor has over 25 years of diverse experience in corporate, start-up and small company management in a range of industries that include distribution / logistics, business sales and acquisitions, small business startup and day to day operations, property management and mortgage. In distribution and logistics companies as NEC Logistics and Tobutsu America Todor worked as a manager where he was responsible for day to day operations, project development and implementation of new work processes and technology. As an independent business broker Todor did business sales and acquisitions of retail, restaurant, service and manufacturing companies. In this position he valued businesses, created marketing campaigns, and conducted complex negotiations to bring tangible value to buyers and sellers. As a business advisor with the Small Business Development Center in Los Angeles County and as an independent practitioner Todor advised hundreds of small businesses owners and entrepreneurs on solving problems with startup, marketing, financial and operations management issues. Todor worked as an analyst for an American Advisors Group where he analyzed mortgage loan processes to improve operational efficiency. Recently, Todor led the transition of small parentship to an international property management company where he defined the strategy, company structure and implemented new operations processes and procedures. In addition, Todor has extensive experience in starting and managing nonprofit organizations. He served as a board member on several of them.
