• Prepare, develop and analyze annual budget (Planning & Operating), cash flow(Planning & Operating) and commentary for variance between actual Vs. forecast• Set Up SQL Accounting Software to get in line with parent company’s (Mitsui & Benh Meyer)’s financial policy and accounting standard (GAAP, IFRS)• Support in the implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls and make sound recommendation for changes where necessary• Review of cash transactions (TT, LC, Other Payment) in an accurate and timely manner and posting for bank reconciliation, journal entries• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of Sales Revenue, COGS, OPEX and CAPEX• Manage the Company’s financial risks related to the interest rates on the company’s borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions• Conduct, reviews, evaluations and report for cost management, inventory management, Working Capital management, Cash Flow Management, Estimated Product Pricing• Check collection procedures, investment activities, and make recommendations to change procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions (AR control, AP Control, Fixed Assets Control, Inventory Control)• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance• Assist to CFO(Singapore) for group consolidation report, management report, Statuary Report• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and ways to improve the situation• Prepare management report for management decision such GMVA, NPVA, Commentary for business cycle• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances and taxation status• Liaise with tax authorities for tax filling such as Commercial Tax, Cooperate Tax, Withholding Tax Filling and also responsible for MIC report filling
