• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sorya Center Point, The Olympia Mall, Ratana Plaza and Hotel, implementing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.• Develop clear job descriptions and specifications to define role requirements.• Monitor and align recruitment and retention strategies with company needs.• Handle recruitment documentation, including reference checks and employment contracts, in coordination with the Compensation & Benefit staff.• Prepare monthly recruitment reports to assess performance and inform strategic decisions.• Conduct orientations for new hires.• Oversee onboarding and off-boarding processes, maintaining compliance with company standards.• Work closely with departmental managers and division heads on KPIs setting and evaluation of probation employee with including providing guidance support, address performance concern and area of improvement.• Update monthly organizational charts to reflect current staffing.• Address employee issues through counseling and effective solutions; implemented company policies on counseling and disciplinary action.• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on employee departures and counsel proper solution. • Prepare headcount report, and attrition report and suggest direct management solution if and when occurring impact.• Assist manager with training coordination, yearly manning plan, employee engagement surveys, annul performance evaluations. • Other tasks and HR Project as assigned by HR Manager and Head of HR.
