Howard Fischer Associates (HFA) was the first retainer based executive search firm established in Philadelphia.As pioneers in retained search I helped the firm expand to be the 23rd largest search firm in the country as measured by revenues.When i joined the firm we had three employees.Upon leaving in 2000 we had four offices and over 125 employees.Over the course of my career at HFA we hand many accomplishments.We were one of the first firms in the country to handle Venture Capital CEO searches at the dawn of the internet age.We established global affiliates and handled senior level searches all over the world.I helped build the professional services practice at HFA and handled senior level searches for many blue chip clients.
