I built out the Campaign module and added functionality to create mail files and created a Lightning App to scan returned mail using a barcode reader.• Designed and created forceExcel, an Excel VB app with Salesforce connectivity. The app compares multiple spreadsheets, Salesforce reports and Word tables to each other and cleans, analyzes and finds duplicate data. It's primarily used for cleaning and deduping lead lists and integrates with the SmartyStreet API, an address verification website. It's also used to analyze client purchase data.• Designed and created Autom8te, a programmable Excel VB app that automates bulk repetitive tasks in Salesforce that can't be achieved using Workflows or APEX. Use Cases: Automate the process of attaching Customer Information Records to accounts which increased productivity by 80%; Automate the Salesforce Weekly Export backups by downloading multiple export files to a specific location; Automate screen scraping to create lead lists. • Write Visual Basic scripts for statistical analysis of trading data• Lead generation using Dun & Bradstreet's Hoovers database, Mozenda's web-scraping tool and wrote VB macros to scrape leads• Used DemandTools to upload leads and perform mass updates• Designed and implemented an Excel VB app to improve Quality Assurance procedures for users entering new contracts in Salesforce• Analyze data sets to maximize asset recovery for Fortune 500 corporations• Competitor analysis and research

My objective was to reduce wastage and save the company money by developing an Excel program using Visual Basic that identified modems within LiveU video transmitter units that had no activity on them for six or more months. Each phone line attached to a modem has a monthly line rental fee. By transferring phone lines to new units, the company avoids expensive line termination fees. The program imports and analyzes data from Microsoft Silverlight and automatically produces nine reports with pivot tables. Used the Priority 15 system to control inventory and perform warehouse transfers.Improved inventory workflow by reorganizing the inventory closet so that modems and other electronic devices are arranged by order of carrier (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon).

I worked as an independent marketing consultant managing projects for a large client. My area of focus included competitive market analysis, report writing and new product development.

Research, design and produce sweepstakes newsletters for subscribers in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. Duties included proofreading, editing, database maintenance and internet research. I occasionally wrote articles when required.

My duties included preparation of materials for lectures and workshops for students and lecturers, supporting students in their use of computers, maintenance of computer hardware and software, and developing the ICT Centre to its potential using available resources and technology. I also planned and participated in University Open Days.

I provided administrative support to HR Officers and Managers including sending out job packs to applicants, preparing job packs for short listing and interviews, special projects and dealing with day-to-day correspondence. I developed a vacancy database system for the hospital. I was responsible for setting up workshops for the Management Training Course and produced a weekly internal vacancy bulletin. I also worked for the Health & Safety department within the Trust, logging patient incident report forms onto the database.

I assisted in the collection of council tax and provided administrative support to management.
