Worked with PETRONAS CARIGALI as Laboratory Technician/ Chemist at Rehmat Gas Field District Ghotki (Sindh) Pakistan. • Testing of plant samples i.e. Natural gas, condensate, Produced water, Utility water, Effluent water, MDEA analysis i.e. concentration, acid gas loading, total iron, Foaming tendency etc. stack gas monitoring and corrosion inhibitor concentration. • Equipment’s used Spectrophotometer, Turbidity meter, TDS meter, Viscometer, COD reactor, BOD incubator, Oil in water analyzer, pH meter, Specific gravity Hydrometer and Thermometer, LANCOM (III), Manual Titrator, Dragger Apparatus and Density Meter.• Followed International standard testing methods like ASTM, UOP, IP, HACH, and USEPA… etc• Sampling of gas at high pressure & liaise with external Laboratories.• Calibration of all apparatus on monthly and rotational basis. • Reporting in compliance with EPA rules & regulation.• The Preparation and standardizing of chemical reagents and solutions along with the calibration of laboratories equipments• To liaise with vendors for purchasing Laboratory chemicals, apparatus & glassware.• Logging & filing the Laboratory related documents especially analysis reports, SOPs, MSDS communication records & QCL inventory control system HSSE FOCAL PERSON AT OMV REHMAT GAS PLANTI have the honor to start OMV HSSE at Rehmat Gas Plant after taking over PETRONAS Carigali Pakistan Ltd since January, 2012 to 14th February, 2014.• Performed duty as HSE Focal person at Rehmat Gas Plant with Laboratory.• Complies with all OMV HSSE rules and regulations, including the use of Personnel protective Equipments and participates in Firefighting, first aid and Safety drills.• Maintained record of all weekly and monthly HSSE reports and sent to HSSE department i-e Monthly recording report, Monthly Field operation report, Monthly environmental data sheet, Monthly environmental reports for SMART reporting.
