General Manager Of Farmacia La PazPisa Farmacéutica Oct 2014 - Oct 2016Guadalajara Y Alrededores, México- Responsible for the commercial, marketing, operations, logistics and strategic areas of the business unit of Farmacia La Paz which involves more than 100 pharmacies throughout Mexico and leading a team of more than 250 professionals.- Accomplished the sales target in the commercial and marketing areas proposed in 2014 and 2015 with sales growth of 17% and 20% respectively. Strategies for achieving this were: the opening of 30 pharmacies, the introduction of more than 40 products, effective promotion in the private and public sector, dynamic approach to customer service and some marketing strategies such as adjustment in prices, monthly promotions, participation in medical congresses, tracking the loyalty program, creating strategic alliances with intercompany PISA, mobile application development and advertising at the point of sale and online.- Managed to accomplish the budget spending In the operational and logistics areas in 2014 and 2015, giving primary focus on optimizing IT, creating policies and rules for archiving savings, improving quality, encourage innovation and operational efficiency. We were able to generate savings over 2 millions of pesos by negotiating with suppliers, increase product availability to a 95%, implemented distribution in closed box, reduced the delivery time from 4 to 2 days and decreased denied products to 5%.- In the business strategic area some important decisions made were the redesign of the corporate image with the compliance of the regulatory part of SSA, the introduction of our own brand “SALUCOM” for more than 20 products. I encourage teamwork with intercompany PISA Group and developed a training plan for all the employees focused on customer service, knowing our products and clients. As a result we achieved an increase in gross profit of 40% and 30% in 2014 and 2015 respectively. -
