Responsible for all Software Engineering, Penetration Testing, and Red Teamming efforts of the Office Trustworthy Computing Security team. This team is responsible for enabling Office teams to ship secure code, build security into the Office Service Infrastructure platform, as well as directly implementing core Office security features including document encryption, digital signatures, Information Rights Management, Data Loss Prevention/Classification Labeling Protection, Protected View (sandbox), and many other protection technologies. Much of this functionality ships on multiple platforms including Windows Desktop, Windows Universal, Android, iOS and OSX. Some feature include service backends implemented by our team.Set organization’s security goals, best practices, and ensure consistent, on-time delivery across Office.Leverage agile development practices to ensure continuous development and delivery of high quality features.Ensure rapid understanding, executive communication, and customer mitigation of vulnerability reports. As part of this effort, there is a close partnership with MSRC and other security teams as well as external vendors and security researchers.
