Originated the concept, strategy, and publishing arrangements for the online music education product, Inside Music: Exploring Composition. Inside Music combines a video-based composition curriculum with an online studio that allows students to compose, orchestrate, save, and share their music anytime, anywhere. The product is the first of its kind available to upper elementary to high school students and teachers and is a 2012 Software Information and Industry Association (SIIA) CODiE award finalist. Inside Music is marketed to schools worldwide by Music Sales Group, a prominent UK music publisher through its digital education division, Music First @ www.musicfirst.com.

Baseline Development Group developed educational programs for major publishers. Todd was responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the company. Company value tripled under his leadership. He led the transition from a print-centric to digital product focus.

Todd provided strategic and organization development services to senior executives from small to Fortune 1000 companies. Developed strategic plans, conducted senior executive retreats, provided organization and senior team assessments, and coached leaders. Todd served as interim president of the technology hardware company. He successfully transitioned the company through the tech bubble crash in the early 2000's. During his tenure he shifted the strategy from an aftermarket hardware provider to a value added product reseller and solution provider.
