Vice President Project Management
CurrentExcited about the idea of applying data to advertising instead of just reporting on it, I joined another fast-paced startup environment at Dotomi. As the first Project Manager working with the engineering team, initially I focused on addressing the classic ‘Product team isn’t sure what is being worked on and when it might deliver.' I implemented JIRA and Confluence – first inside engineering and later throughout the organization. This allowed us to track requests and plan releases. In time, Dotomi was acquired by ValueClick, which in turn consolidated and rebranded as Conversant, subsequently was acquired by Epsilon and then sold by ADS to Publicis Groupe. Throughout this period of M&A, I grew my team and responsibilities while keeping the focus on results. Currently I run a cross functional group including Technical Product Owners for our internal toolsets, The Technical Project Managers, our Forecasting team and our Atlassian Administrators. My team has overall responsibility for managing our product priorities and delivery. I’ve also contributed as an individual contributor on key cross business line projects and for a few years as the de facto facilities manager during which time I managed the build out of approximately 100,000 square feet of office space and related employee moves.
