Team with Fielding Division Lead to oversee the installation and upgrade of a weapon system consisting of more than 48 individual sub-systems at more than twenty sites around the world. This oversight includes site specific engineering design and implementation, troubleshooting, documentation, as well as resource planning.

Oversaw Help Desk contract supporting the AOC WS that provided training on Data Link Operations and maintenance support on Link-16 and Link-11 hardware and software. In addition, provided exercise support to USAF operational units as well as performed business development to expand the customer base of the Joint Range Extension Link-16 router.

Supported the AOC WS Program Management Office as the Data Link Engineer responsible for the design, procurement, installation and testing of the Joint Interface Control Cell (JICC) to meet all Data Link requirements at each of the Geographic AOC's.

Served as Program Manager for the Time Critical Targeting Functionality Program Office at ESC on Hanscom AFB, MA. Managed all aspects of this contract that was tasked with the automation of the targeting process to include terrain analysis, intelligence preparation of the battlespace, and weaponeering.
