- Prepared proposals that won the Bank several multi-million dollar mandates in finance & acquisition deals across various industries and exceeding the Group’s annual profit target by 40%- Managed Bank’s mandates for syndicated loan facilities as Facility Agent including processing facility drawdown, rollover, interest payment, and prepayment. Also managed the Bank’s Escrow Agent mandates to maximised daily interest earned on escrow accounts- Coordinated due diligence exercises for three potential transactions- Prepared annual and quarterly investors relations presentations for the Bank’s financial results

- Initiated and implemented a sales promotion framework for GTCrea8 (student account) and achieved over 110% of the target- Initiated, built and maintained a database of market information customer segments, including results of a survey of customer needs from market research and competitor analysis- Initiated idea for new products addition to bank’s product portfolio - carried out comparative research on Islamic Banking Products and submitted a product paper for the Bank’s consideration
