Led multiple Lean Six Sigma projects for this $200 billion insurance and financial services client using Lean techniques and the DMAIC Six Sigma methodology. Scope included training, facilitation, project management and direct involvement to improve end-to-end business processes and performance. Worked with all levels of the organization energizing project teams, realizing substantial performance improvements and establishing a solid foundation for continued improvements.

Lean Business Process Improvement

Stream-lined existing processes and implemented new operating methods and systems. Scope included the use of Six Sigma methodologies, Glovia Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Lean manufacturing initiatives, Balanced Score Cards, Sales & Operations Planning and Change Management. Accomplishments are as follows:Used the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to align perspectives, identify root causes and enable improvement of processes and performance.Architected a comprehensive "Roper Business System" solution inclusive of the Toyota Production System, Lean, Deming, Shingo and Danaher modelsImplemented methods and systems three months early and within budget.

the parent company of Glovia International an Extended ERP company. I was responsible for initiating a Glovia Lean Consulting practice and enabling Glovia systems to support the Lean initiatives. Results are as follows:Defined and implemented Lean operational, enterprise and supply chain solutions.Worked with Japanese owned automotive parts manufacturers to implement Lean - Extended ERP solutions within the context of Japanese automotive parts manufacturing environments.

Led and facilitated the development and improvement of many business process and performance improvement projects using Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma DFSS and DMAIC methodologies. This included addressing business and user needs associated with numerous transaction processing systems. This also included bringing daily computer operations processes to a six sigma level of performance.

Worked with dozens of companies and project teams, their internal fulfillment processes and supply chains across diverse industries to lead, facilitate and manage the definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control of business processes and performance using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.
