Conducted research through online sources, case law, and interviews with local leaders and attorneys of probate and women’s inheritance law under the statutory, Sharia, and local customary law systems of Tanzania. Constructed a curriculum designed to provide Maasai widows with legal knowledge of inheritance rights. Supported and critiqued the business model for sustainable agricultural projects.

Participated in a pre-law school internship program that combined corporate law firm experience with an academic preparation component. Reviewed and summarized testimony from House Oversight Committee hearings. Identified changes in the Bankruptcy Code and updated a Small Business Bankruptcy presentation for the Legal Aid Society. Researched and drafted memorandum on relevant precedent established in insurance company reorganization.
