• Managing the Group compliance register - responsibilities, reporting and audit requirements • Group-wide compliance management policy and strategy and annual plans• Processes and templates for completing gap analyses, internal control and policy requirements• Compliance reporting, assessment and monitoring processes • Compliance training systems and processes • Breach and incident reporting/management processes and investigations• WHS Management and training • Executive and Board training

• Managing & improving reporting from the Corporate Risk and Compliance Registers • ISO9001 Assessor of Quality Management Systems• Conduct Internal Audits against core strategic risks as agreed by the Board• Representative for Privacy Compliance requirements• Member of the IT Security Committee (ISO27001)• Manage Global Insurance policies, renewals and claims including; Workers Compensation, Employer Liability, IT Liability, ISR, D&O, Travel and Crime• Provide guidance to business and functional units on establishing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) against business impact assessments and setting up BCPs for major customers • Management Representative for OHS/WHS systems to facilitate compliance, manage SMS /hazard registers and educate Officers, Management and Workers in their due diligence/duty of care obligations
