I currently hold the position of Project Manager at Updraft and have been in this role since April 2023. The role assumes overall project end-to-end responsibility for a large client implementation by end November 2023. As part of the project, I coordinate diverse teams and workstreams – including our legal, software development and operations teams and act as the point of contact and management with the client’s project team.My skills encompass a wide range of competencies that contribute to my effectiveness in this role. By conceiving bespoke, information-rich dashboards and crafting weekly and monthly progress reports, I catered to executive and mid-level management consumption and also holistically unearthed key risks and their cascading implications on delivery timelines.A linchpin in the change management forum, I held a significant role in the curation and sanctioning of communication blueprints. Through the orchestration of spirited monthly POPI "rah-rah" sessions, I adeptly disseminated awareness and kindled motivation. My endeavors extended to the crafting and dissemination of training materials and policy acknowledgments, reinforcing a culture of compliance.
