I have worked with Fortune 500 and Global 100 brands in almost all industries and possess the capacity to transform concept to reality. From 2003 to 2010 I served as a founding employee and ultimately COO of EthicsPoint Inc, a SaaS based platform player in the post Sarbanes Oxley compliance market. Despite austere financing EthicsPoint transitioned from the start-up to 20+ million in revenue in 2010 and a pre-liquidity position as the market leader of on-demand compliance case management. EthicsPoint was acquired by Riverside Capital in March of 2012. Over the past 10 years I have had the unique opportunity to see first hand the value of social technology on marketing, e-commerce, and business process. Most recently I served as the CEO of 4-Tell, the market leader in data driven personalization and intelligent collaboration for merchants. We have launched the industries first platform purpose built to support merchant sales teams and eCommerce professionals . By combining cross channel transaction data management with an advanced machine learning layer we enable a new model of commerce customer engagement that is transforming the retail market. We sold 4-Tell to SearchSpring in July of 2020.
