LACMTA Division 2 UST Removal/AST Install Project• Manage day-to-day client relations, keeping the relationship mutually beneficial• Extensively track day-to-day progress; ready to address client and inspector inquiries at any time• Create technical reports detailing daily progress for client review• Periodic testing/logging of volatile gases within excavations/trenches via MultiRAE gas detector• Manage on-site permit and safety related paperwork• Fill in and take over responsibilities for the CM when unavailableRail to Rail Demolition Project (www.metro.net/projects/r2r)• Coordinate with vendors to ensure equipment and materials required for the project were always available, on hand, and on time, guaranteeing the project stayed on schedule• Manage and update spreadsheets tracking costs, fuel usage, materials recycled or disposed of, monthly hours of work, etc.• Create/edit workplans/PDFs as needed (ex. Calculated probable work schedule based on estimated distance of work done per day on one workplan; Updating/modifying red-lines/as-builts)

• Conduct biological testing (LAL/Endotoxin, Bioburden, Sterility/Steritest, Particulate Matter) on product and raw materials following SOPs and GDP to ensure FDA compliance• Environmental testing and monitoring in ISO5/7/8 Clean Rooms and Isolators - sampling viable air/surfaces & water-for-injection while practicing aseptic technique• Fully gown into clean rooms and isolator half-suits to ensure sterile testing and production environments• Subculture CFU(s) for identification when microbial counts are above alert levels• Moderate and update the laboratory’s datasheets in Excel as required

• Preparation and exchange of reagents in the Leica ST5020 stainer and Peloris II processors• Filter coagulated blood and chemically decalcify marrow in bone specimens in preparation for processing• Cleaning/Maintenance of stainer, processors, Leica IP-S, and EG1150 H&C embedding stations• Accession new biopsies and send-out patient cases to pathologists for diagnosis• Assist technicians with anything when required (grossing, staining, etc.)

• Preparation of solutes/solvents and competent cells, aliquoting prepared solutions, autoclaving• Manage/Update Excel spreadsheets that detail sales, inventory, and customer payment information• Also in charge of coordination and distribution of deliveries
