I led the development and execution of the talent management practices used to attract, retain, and deploy talent. Key Accomplishments:► Defined and delivered programs that enabled Yahoo!’s end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, career development, and annual review processes. I worked with a cross-functional team to change the rating process. I created a simplified feedback process where managers were able to deliver annual review feedback verbally. I also initiated manager reviews – every employee was given chance to give feedback on their managers.
