PRESENT | In beginning of 2023 I was started a new job as test enginer. Here I was learning lot of new skill from automotive industry, and high frequencies measuring. Side by side with my own works I started a new academy platform for mechanist, where I teached approximately 70 mechanist with the follow knowledges: electrostatics, pneumatics, hidrodynamics, tool knowledge, diagnostic process, soldering and criterias etc. I was in our new TPM process. Because of my recommedations, we developed the ionisator to compressed air type in our automatic Hölzer PCB cutter machine.I was making all of our tester stations separetely job descriptions for our machine mechanists, and a new escalation method in case of productiong errors.I started a new project here: changing all of vision systems for soldering test to high profiler laser scanners (Keyence). I managed to get a more serious 3d printer, so I was making a new profile inside of engineering site: 3D printing (Craftbot Flow Idex XL) for test product and lot of machine part, what was before it non ESD, but we will using ESD certificated filaments for this. This just a few things, what new in the history of our company, but it was need a pioneer for it, with different thinking.I see many opportunityes here, question who allow to change the bad decisions?I think I have mostly manager attitude, because I can change things, I can make hard choices and have good organisation skills.I was finishing the engineering, and I was starting work at the quality assurance, so I have more possibility to make this company better.PAST | In my life I was working lot of different workplaces, and was working with lot of different peoples.What I learned, how to connect with people, how to make more efficiently our workplace, and how to forget the "monday again" feelings.I'm always try to make my best on my workplace, and this is what I expect from everyone else too. I was learning physics in University of Szeged, I carried out an IT network installer and operator and a surveying and GIS school.In my freetime I research the nonlinear dynamic systems.IT skills | IOS app development experience.
